MarketScout is now accepting applications from insurance companies and/or their designated specialists interested in becoming Market Specialists. If you have a proven specialty, expertise in a particular industry or insurance coverage classification, you may qualify.

Qualifying Criteria

If appointed as a Market Specialist, you must meet the following ongoing criteria:

Respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Maintain underwriting authority.
$1,000,000 E&O coverage.
5 years of experience.
Acceptable credit and background check.
Insurance company approval.
Excellent market reputation.

One "Best of Class" specialist will be listed for each industry. We will offer up to two "Preferred" specialists and five "Recommended" specialists.

As a MarketScout specialist, you will be posted to our 50,000 plus retail agents as a market for a particular product(s). Please note the following terms which can be included for our posted specialists.

You can also "own" a market by posting as an "Exclusive" specialist. With this posting, you would be the only market listed. We would not list any other competing markets (Preferred or Recommended) for that product line. Plus, you will receive all the same benefits and services as a "Best of Class" specialist. Permissive broadcast email to 50,000 MarketScout users.

Note: MarketScout will analyze your technical, marketing, underwriting, and claims payment abilities. Only the most qualified specialist will be posted as "Best of Class".
