Transportation Occupational Accident
Our company is an exclusive provider for a nationwide transportation occupational accident and contingent liability insurance program. This program allows us to offer unique plans and/or create a customized plan based on the insured's specific needs. We insure long haul, refrigeration, flat beds, tankers, dump, double-trailers, vans, delivery, courier and more. We'll review any type of transportation risk to determine if it makes sense to provide coverage. We encourage "creativity" and provide "solutions."
MARKET OVERVIEW
Occupational Accident and Contingent Liability:
We can offer coverage in all states except when the insured's business headquarters (key word is headquartered) are located in Alaska, Hawaii, New York and South Dakota.
We have a 2 driver minimum and no maximum. We encourage knowing the desired rate and can build benefits around a desired rate. The coverage is administered by an outstanding Program Administrator who provides all inclusive "one call for all" underwriting, administration, and TPA service.
Lloyd's of London. AM Best Rating "A" with a single exclusive A+ XV Syndicate/Carrier backing the program. There is no market access to this carrier for this program.
Competitive commissions for both lines of coverage.
Producer agreement, current E&O certificate of insurance and agency license.
