DALLAS, October 6, 2015 – MarketScout, the national electronic insurance exchange and specialty MGA headquartered in Dallas, Texas, announced today that Siony Reyes has been named Assistant Controller. Reyes will assume her new role effective immediately and will be responsible for overseeing the accounting staff and assisting with the financial reporting for the firm. Reyes will report to MarketScout’s Vice President of Operations and Controller, Jason Polkes.

Reyes has over a decade of experience in general and full-cycle accounting. Prior to joining MarketScout, Reyes was an accounting administrator at United Valley Insurance Services. Previously, she was a financial advisor at Sun Life Financial. Reyes was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2004. She has a bachelor’s degree in in accounting from the National College of Business & Arts in Manila, Philippines.
